Shipping Charges

FREE Shipping: On all orders over Rs. 2,000
Standard Shipping: Rs. 150 flat rate for orders under Rs. 2,000
Express Delivery: Available in major cities for Rs. 250 (Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad)

Delivery Timeframes

Major Cities (Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, Multan):
– Standard Delivery: 2-4 business days
– Express Delivery: 1-2 business days

Other Cities (Punjab, Sindh, KPK):
– Standard Delivery: 3-5 business days

Remote Areas (Balochistan, Gilgit-Baltistan, AJK, Interior Sindh):
– Standard Delivery: 5-7 business days

Note: Delivery times are estimated from dispatch date and exclude weekends and public holidays.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

We offer Cash on Delivery across Pakistan. Pay when your products arrive at your door – no advance payment needed!

Order Processing

– Orders placed before 3:00 PM are processed the same day
– Orders placed after 3:00 PM or on weekends are processed the next business day
– We dispatch orders Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays)

Shipping Restrictions

Currently, we only ship within Pakistan. International shipping is not available at this time.

If you’re not available during delivery:
Our courier partner will attempt delivery twice. If unsuccessful, the package will be held at the local courier office for 7 days for pickup.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive damaged or incorrect products, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with:
– Order number
– Photos of the damaged item
– Photos of the packaging

We’ll arrange a free replacement or full refund immediately.
