Return & Refund Policy – Lorish Cosmetics Pakistan

At Lorish Cosmetics, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we are here to help. Please read our return and refund policy carefully.

Return Eligibility

You may return a product within 7 days of delivery if:

• The product is damaged or broken upon arrival
• You received the wrong product
• The product is defective or expired
• The product is in its original, unused, and sealed condition

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned due to hygiene and safety reasons:

• Opened or used cosmetic and skincare products
• Products damaged due to misuse or improper application
• Sale or discounted items (unless defective)

How to Return

1. Contact our customer support within 7 days of receiving your order
2. Provide your order number, reason for return, and photos of the product
3. Our team will review your request within 24–48 hours
4. If approved, we will arrange a free pickup or provide return instructions

Refund Process

• COD Orders: Refund will be processed via bank transfer or Easypaisa/JazzCash within 3–5 business days after we receive the returned product
• Online Payment Orders: Refund will be credited to your original payment method within 5–7 business days

Exchange Policy

If you would like to exchange a product for a different variant or size, please contact us and we will do our best to accommodate your request, subject to stock availability.
